  • Protruding small irregularities
  • Stains (discolourations in the metal)

  • Hole position (incorrectly positioned holes)
  • Geometric defects and dimensions

We can verify both the form factor on the object and critical surface processing. If there is a batch or individual number on the item, we read it and save the run on that number.

Implementation

We can integrate the system directly into your production line, where quality inspection is of the most important to you. For example, it can be in an open space in a CNC machine, in the middle of a machining cell along a conveyor belt where the article needs an inspection before it goes to further processing. Furthermore, our system can easily communicate with other equipment through standardized communication protocols.

We can combine our solution with existing hardware in your production cell where there is available cycle time. We can also use existing robots and gripping tools to expose an object to a camera or use the robot to feed a vision cabinet. Compared to designing a new cell, this allows lower investment costs. However, if necessary, we can deliver a turnkey robot cell intended for picking, quality inspection and placing.
