Lena W Jansson strengthens Unibap’s management team
On 1 July, Lena W Jansson will start as Head of Talent and Communication at Unibap, and will be a member of the management team. Previously, Lena has acted as advisor to Unibap’s Board of Directors, but will now take on a bigger role in the organisation.
– We are pleased that we have been able to attract a successful employee who can contribute excellence in recruitment and communication, says Fredrik Bruhn, CEO at Unibap. Lena has a broad, international network of contacts as well as experience in working with social challenges, with clear links to our development of artificial intelligence.
Most recently, Lena served as Head of Digital Communication at Uppsala Municipality, where she was in charge of the Municipality’s websites and social media. Several of the projects she has managed in this role have received digital communication and service development awards.
With international experience of working with start-ups and recruitment – among others from the British start-up scene and from Silicon Valley – Lena contributes valuable knowledge in the continued construction of Unibap’s business activities.
Lena studied communications, HR and psychology at Uppsala University and at Lund University. She also has a degree in marketing and digital HR form Berghs School of Communication. She has been a guest lecturer at several international conferences and at KTH Royal Institute of Technology and Uppsala University.
In her leisure time, Lena likes to go to concerts, to spend time with friends and family, and to travel.
