We celebrate this day, which actually should not be needed, by paying extra attention to the achievements made by women and the importance of gender equality and diversity.

Unibap has since its foundation worked consciously to #BreakTheBias by being inclusive in several ways when it comes to gender and nationalities.

We are proud to have 40% of women on our board with Ingrid Engström in the lead as Chairwoman and Lena W Jansson as company CEO. In total, 20% of all Bappers are women and we work to increase this number further. One way we do this is through the student association FREJA.

We are glad to present our collaboration with FREJA, an association for women studying engineering physics at Uppsala University which we share the common goal to encourage women to thrive, especially in the high-tech industry.
