1.) User approves Unibap Remote Access Terms
2.) Unibap sends product documentation and manuals to the user
3.) User sends Unibap a desired start date
4.) Unibap provides user with login info & credentials
5.) Unibap hold an introduction seminar with user*
6.) User accesses the contracted hardware according to the agreed schedule
7.) Unibap provides a set number of remote support hours to the user on demand**
8.) User retrieves any data stored on Unibap hardware or negotiates a prolongation before end of service
9.) Unibap resets the hardware erasing all remaining user data at the end of service
